Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want every client to be fully satisfied with their design. This policy explains when cancellations and refunds are available for our jewellery CAD services.

1. Cancellation before work begins

If you cancel an order before our designers begin work, we refund 100% of the amount paid.

2. Cancellation during work

If you cancel after work has started, we refund the amount paid minus the value of the work already completed, and we send you the files produced up to that point.

3. Corrections and quality issues

If a delivered design does not match the agreed specifications, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will correct it free of charge. If we are unable to correct it, we will refund the amount paid for that item.

4. Non-refundable cases

• Designs that the client has approved and accepted.
• Changes in requirements made after delivery; these are quoted as new work.
• Delays caused by missing or late information from the client.
• Issues arising during printing, casting or setting carried out by third parties.

5. How refunds are made

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method and in the original currency. Bank or payment provider charges may apply.

6. How to request a refund

Email us with your order details and the reason for your request. We reply within 2 business days.
