These Terms of Service govern the use of this website and all jewellery CAD design services provided by VEZORIA COMMERCE - FZCO ("Vezoria", "we", "us"). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Vezoria provides jewellery CAD design services, including 3D modelling, print-ready files (STL, 3DM and others), photoreal renders and 360° videos. All services are delivered digitally.
Every project begins with a written quote stating the scope, price in US dollars, deliverables and delivery time. An order is confirmed once the client accepts the quote and the advance payment is received.
Each order includes two rounds of revisions within the agreed scope. Changes beyond the original scope, or additional rounds, are quoted separately.
The client is responsible for providing accurate information, including ring sizes, stone dimensions, metal choice and design references. Vezoria is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the client.
Delivery times in our quotes are estimates in business days and start once all required information and the advance payment are received.
On receipt of full payment, ownership of the final deliverables for the client design transfers to the client. Vezoria will not resell, reuse or publish a client design without written permission.
Our deliverables are digital design files. Printing, casting, stone setting and finishing are carried out by the client or the client manufacturer, who is responsible for checking files before production. Vezoria is not liable for manufacturing defects, metal loss or stone damage during production.
The total liability of Vezoria for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates.
